Rasha Fahim
Immigration Consultant
I am is a regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), registered and licensed member of the ICCRC (Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council). I hold a diploma in Canadian Immigration Law from Ashton College in British Columbia. I also have a Master of Arts and Master of Education that have equipped me with the necessary knowledge to work with international students. My extensive experience in teaching international students and working in the settlement sector has provided her with the insight and understanding of how to help newcomers to Canada and to support those who wish to make Canada a part of their future.
I am currently a Board Director at the Maltby Centre and have been actively involved with other committees in the community to share newcomer perspectives through the equity lens.

Sunita Gupta
Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) Consultant
As an EDI consultant, I identify barriers to inclusion in the workplace and help organisations move forward with a planful approach to drive measurable change in employee engagement, performance and retention enhancing the organisational culture.
I have been an active member in the Kingston Community for the past twenty-five years. I am involved as a volunteer on several boards and committees, currently as a Board Director for the Greater Kingston Chamber of Commerce, Sub-Committee Member for the Mayor’s Kingston Economic Recovery Team and other Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Committees. I am the Past President of the India-Canada Association of Kingston and past Board Director for the Tett Centre. I have a certificate in Leadership and Inclusion from Centennial College and am a recent graduate of the National Newcomer Navigation Network, St. Paul’s and Ottawa Universities.
